Carol has been in practice in various settings for almost 26 years in both California and Colorado. Orthopedics and Sports Medicine have been her main emphasis including running a scoliosis clinic as well as specializing in treatment of running injuries. She purchased Ocean Point Physical Therapy 4 and a half years ago and is excited to add “business owner” to her physical therapy experience with her partner, Romy Timm.

Monique Galaz

Physical Therapy Aide/Front Office Admin

Monique received her Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness directing from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2019. Monique joined Ocean Point as a PT aide in May 2022. She has over 6 years of patient care experience and is also a phlebotomist. When she is not working at the clinic you can find her at the gym, traveling, dancing at music festivals, or spending time with her loved ones & her pug, Oliver.
